Effective
at the January 2009 meeting the following
are
the charges for luncheon meetings:
Members
$20
Guests
of Members $30
Retired
Members $7
Reservations for GMR luncheon meetings are REQUIRED. If
you are unable to attend and have made a reservation, it is NECESSARY for
you to contact the GMR secretary no later than the deadline
(shown on the communication you
receive) or you will be billed for the lunch prepared for you. Additionally, if
you attend the luncheon without a reservation, we are unable to guarantee a
lunch will be prepared for you.

The election of new officers and board members
is held at the November meeting. Ballots will be mailed out
with the November luncheon letter and will also be available at the
luncheon. Should you have a nomination for the upcoming election, please
submit it to the GMR president.
